Courtney Fry 30 punch challenge
Robin Park Arena – Friday 27th January
The 30 punch challenge tested speed with each participant having to hit the boxing pads 30 times in as quick a time as possible. Speed rather than power were the name of the game!
Well done to Jordan Clough for posting the fastest time of the night at 3.22 seconds. Special mention must also go to Daz (5.90secs) and Dillion (3.32secs) Wilding who were the fastest brothers!
