Pennington Flash parkrun

Pennington Flash parkrun is a FREE weekly 5km timed run with results published on the parkrun national website. The run is part of a wider national initiative aimed at increasing the number of people running regularly. Prior to running a parkrun event, all runners must register at www.parkrun.com and will need to bring along their barcode each week.
